Shipping
Orders are sent with tracked express shipping within Australia. At checkout you can choose standard express, or express with signature on delivery, based on what is available for your address.
If total value of goods purchased is under A$200.00 =
- Australia Post Express (no signature) under 500g $17.60 (inc gst)
- Australia Post Express (with signature on delivery) under 500g $25.30 (inc gst)
If total value of goods purchased is over A$200.00 =
- FREE Express Shipping sent with Australia Post Express
All orders are processed Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same business day.
All parcels are dispatched from Sydney, NSW 2000, utilising Australia Post's Express service. Delivery times may vary based on your location. For estimated parcel delivery times within Australia and overseas, please refer to the Australia Post calculator
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Care team at hello@ikecho.com.au. Be sure to include your order number, contact details, and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your jewellery back in its original packaging.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition and includes all packaging and certificates. Earrings, custom or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times can vary.

Yes. Ikecho uses genuine cultured pearls and natural, solid Australian opals.
Our Freshwater, Edison, Akoya, South Sea and Tahitian pearls are sourced through trusted pearl farmers and suppliers around the world. Cultured pearls are real pearls: skilled pearl farmers begin the cultivation process, and the pearl then forms naturally inside an oyster or mussel through layers of nacre.
Our Australian opals are sourced through Ikecho’s own family opal mine and long-standing relationships with Australian miners. Erica personally hand-selects every pearl and opal used in Ikecho’s collections for its quality, beauty and individual character.
Because pearls and opals form naturally, variations in colour, shape, pattern, surface and lustre are part of their unique beauty. For designs produced more than once, the piece you receive may vary slightly from the product photographs.

Yes. You can arrange an appointment to view and try on selected pieces at our Sydney CBD location before purchasing. This gives you the opportunity to see the jewellery in person and feel confident in your choice.
Our team can also assist with pearl types, opal colours, jewellery styles, ring sizing and meaningful gifts. Contact us with the product name or link, along with your preferences, occasion and budget. We will confirm the piece’s availability and arrange a suitable appointment.

For designs produced more than once, natural variations may occur and are part of each piece’s individuality. If you would like to choose your piece, please contact our Customer Happiness Team before ordering. Where available, we can provide photographs of the individual pieces for you to select from.
Product Care
Put pearls on last and take them off first. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and harsh cleaners, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store them separately from other jewellery to prevent scratching.
Keep opals away from extreme heat, rapid temperature changes and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth, then dry thoroughly before storing in a padded box or pouch.
